How Well Did The Frizz Ease Do?
Not particularly well, I mean it is John Frieda, a popular and good quality product. This is just after 2 pumps, as per their recommendations. I also used it on wet hair, though I did find that my hair is noticeably easier to comb and detangle after. What is not mentioned in the product, is that this thing contains silicone. If you are not a fan of the greasy but not greasy feel, best to stay away. If you do not understand what I mean, it’s oily but it’s not actually oil
That feeling does not actually go away when you rub it between your fingers. On my hair it seems okay, the fragrance is nothing to sneeze about. I still have my flyaways, recently I had found a tip online to tame it using hair sprays or mousse. So I think if you are usually lazy like me, this 6- in- 1 does do some of the trick. I am happy about the frizz stopping part, at least I don’t look like an old hag with my hair down.
By the way, this picture is taken around 3 hours after I applied it. It’s already dark so hence the picture is a bit lousy. So far, Adelaide has been super dry, if you are looking for how well it repels humidity, I cannot help you there.
Is it Worth it?
For like $8- $9 it is acceptable to have not 100% for me. I mean, my hair isn’t terrible but it is not well maintained either. I haven’t been looking after the ends, or using hair mask like I used to. I definitely have to go back into that routine soon, since my kids are older I guess there is no excuse anymore.
If you are after something more expensive, this Goldwell brand is pretty popular, but costs 3 times more. See what I mean?

I’ve actually tried this one. I have puffy, curly, frizzy hair (which I blow dry straight) and need product to help. This stuff didn’t work. Too sticky.
aww sad to hear about that
